We offer a variety of classes for anyone just starting their Yoga journey or for those who have taken many steps along the path. Our philosophy is to teach Yoga from the heart, which allows each individual to adapt their Yoga practice to their own body.

We address each student according to their individual abilities and we teach our students to respect their bodies current limitations.
